COVID 19 has required us to change our normal routine of accepting reservations as well as the services we are able to provide our guests.  It is our sincere hope that we can provide our guests with a unique, enjoyable experience while keeping everyone's safety and health a top priority.  With that in mind, following are the methods we will implement to reduce the COVID risk.

1.  ALL RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY PHONE.  This is a family home and I prefer to meet my guests, this starts by speaking to them on the phone.  I do not live in the home, but it is filled with family heirlooms and is on the farm where I live.  If my schedule allows, I will meet you at check in, give you a short tour of the historic home and answer any questions you may have.

2.  Individual rooms will not be rented.  All reservations will be for the entire house so that there is only one family or group in the house at a time.  The whole house price has been reduced since the lower, individual room rate is temporarily unavailable.  Prices will begin with a base rate of $150 for two guests  (weeknight) and increase by $25 per additional person.

3.  The innkeeper will not be able to come into the house to prepare and serve breakfast on site.  Homemade breakfast items that the guests can heat and eat on their own will be provided.
